General Notes
The Pyrenees Adventure is a 2,000 mile driving event that takes in the best Pyrenees passes in Spain, France and Andorra. It is open to all makes, types and age of car.
IT IS NOT A RACE, RALLY OR TIME TRIAL. There are no time constraints or destination arrival deadlines. It is intended primarily to be a fun, social driving experience where like minded petrolheads can get away from it all by driving, dining and telling each other far fetched stories about their cars, their daily exploits and past adventures and encounters. And a casual dress code!
Note couples are welcome and are expected to make up 60% of all attendees on this event.
The Price
£1,900 per car (£950 per person) based on 2 drivers sharing accommodation (£1,800 for CD Tour returnees).

Itinerary
Fri 18 May (Folkestone - Bordeaux)
The initial meeting and registration will take place at the Holiday Inn, Folkestone. Following a drivers briefing we will drive to the Eurotunnel terminal (5 minutes away) for the channel crossing, followed by a drive south via various superb French motorway roads, to our first evening’s destination, the stunning Chateau de la Fleunie situated in the hills above Bordeaux. Dinner is to be prepared exclusively for our group.
Sat 19 May (Bordeaux - Barcelona)
A mid morning start will see us arrive in Barcelona for late afternoon. As Barcelona never sleeps and it’s Saturday night, some of us will head into the city for refreshments. If you have never been to Las Ramblas at night, you will be amazed! We will be staying at the superb Majestic Hotel & Spa located in the city centre.
Sun 20 May (Pyrenees)
We have the full day to drive the various great passes in the Pyrenees. With over 250 miles of mountain roads to negotiate, a truly mesmerising day of driving is guaranteed! Once again we will be staying at the Majestic.
Mon 21 May (Barcelona - Andorra - Bordeaux)
Heading north again over the Pyrenees, we will cross the French border around lunchtime prior to arriving back at the idyllic Chateau Fleunie for another 4 course gourment dinner.
Tue 22 May (Bordeaux - Home)
Breakfast on the Chateau veranda will precede a drive north back to Calais and then home.
